BHIVE - Senior Social Media Executive (5-7 yrs)
Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth through innovative social media strategies and content.
Key deliverables :
Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the company's social media presence.
Content Creation & Management :
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored content.
Community Engagement :
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community and enhance customer relationships.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to amplify the brand's reach and credibility.
Paid Social Media Advertising :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor budget and spend to ensure cost-effective advertising strategies.
Minimum qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective demographics, and how to use each to effectively communicate to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Experience with paid social media advertising, including setting up, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaigns.
