Job description :
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote and sell coal products to various customers like power plants, steel mills, cement factories, etc.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and analyzing customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiating and finalizing sales contracts with customers while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Coordinating with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of coal as per customer requirements.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to devise effective marketing plans.
- Providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Liaising with government bodies and regulatory authorities on coal allocation, pricing, and other policy-related matters.
- Identifying and developing new distribution channels and customer segments to expand the company's market reach.
- Participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.
