Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly revenue target for sales of various Technology training programs.
- Use CRM to keep track of daily tasks and prioritise important follow-ups.
- Make cold calls to customers and convert them into sales. Outbound calls (200-250 calls) to potential customers to understand their learning needs, counsel, and recommend specific training based on their career goals.
- Generate and follow up on prospective leads to close them and meet daily goals.
- Daily sales reporting
- Create, maintain, and update calling/mailing databases.
- Do research on various tools to increase sales.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction Roles and Responsibilities
