Job Title : Business Development Trainee
Location : Bangalore (Koramangala)
We're seeking energetic individuals with 0-1 years of experience to join us as Business Development Trainees. Your role is crucial in establishing our market position by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships nationwide.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect for new clients, converting leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct strategic cold calls within your market to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Identify key decision-makers, building and maintaining client relationships.
- Research and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales.
- Utilize market knowledge to develop unique selling propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to fulfill prerequisites.
- Conduct business development training and mentor internal staff.
Working Days & Timings :
- Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- 10 am to 7 pm
- Sunday (Fixed week off)
Desired Skills :
Seeking a Business Development Trainee with strong closing skills, sales motivation, effective prospecting, customer-centric selling, and proficiency in sales planning. Must demonstrate excellent territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, high energy levels, and a commitment to meeting sales goals. Professionalism and proficiency in English & Hindi are essential.
