Roles & Responsibilities :

- Geographic territory-wise marketing activity (ATL & BTL)

- Closely working with all the regional partners and their resources

- Gain expertise in the product and solutions we offer.

- Understand Partner requirements, customers' pain points and planning, creating & delivering presentations, and demonstrations of the product

- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process

- Liaison with the Product team to provide feedback from partners & clients about product requirements and have them as part of the product roadmap

- Keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes and bring the learnings back to evolve the product and make it better

- Manage the sales bid process by responding to Leads, RFIs & RFPs: Qualifying Leads, Making Discovery Calls, Conducting Competitor Research, Conducting Customer Analysis, Creating Detailed Buyer Personas

- Train partner resources and internal resources on products and solutions we offer Extend support to partner team and product team during implementations

Skills Required :

- ERP, Retail/Manufacturing/Pharma/ B2B/B2C solutions sales exposure will be added advantage with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.

- Selling experience in Packaged Software, CRM, B2B, BRC, and ERP software will be added advantage.

- Past experience in Business Development, Partner Management and Pre-sales is a Must.

- Experience in ERP products is an added advantage

- Excellent communication & presentation skills. Excellent customer engagement skills

- Self-motivated and quick learner

- Be a Strong team player who can contribute to the overall success of the team by working with multiple stakeholders
