Bharti Soft Tech - Manager - Business Development (5-9 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the market introduction and sales efforts for our cutting-edge culture assessment tool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to introduce and promote the culture assessment tool in the market.
- Identify and pursue potential clients, including enterprises, HR consultancies, and other relevant organizations.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather insights to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the HR and organizational development sectors.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Negotiate and secure favorable contracts and partnerships to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT or HR product industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales automation software.
