Bharti Airtel - Territory Sales Manager - Voice - Corporate Sales (2-7 yrs)
Purpose of the Job:
Relationship Building, penetrating the accounts, increase the revenue market share as well as achieving targets in sync with the goals of the company
Key Deliverables:
- New Customer Acquisition - Achievement of cumulative postpaid nos through set of defined CSAs, across the region corporate & Blackberry Acquisition through strong relationship building & positioning to the Senior management in the corporate account
- Increase in account revenue - By Ensuring constant increase in gross ads on monthly basis & promoting VAS products, monthly Revenue collection
- Account Penetration - Penetrating each & every account, vertically & horizontally, ensuring our CSA representative presence on daily basis, to grab on the new business opportunities
- Control on churn/address verification reject - Indulging with the corporate on daily basis to ensure customer are updated /offered the new plans & schemes, at the same time ensuring increase in our net customer base & intention of customer to stay on our network.
- Account follow up process - Visiting the account / CSA on daily basis, getting the account / pinup road show planner prepared on a weekly basis through CSA, following the same, setting the targets & achieving the same.
- End to end solution from the time new connection is given- post service, Ensuring customer satisfaction at each step, for increased recurring continuous business for the company.
- Execution & implementation of increased Roadshow permissions in each & every corporate
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:
- MBA/Post Graduation preferred
- Prior Experience with Corporate Sales, telecom preferred
- Selling & negotiation skills
- Good communications skills
- Excellent Collaboration skills
- Keenness to learn about new products / Plans launched by company from time to time
- Customer orientation
