Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Associate is a vital member of our sales team responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in contributing to the company's success by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
2. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
Sales Target Achievement:
1. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Sales Prospecting:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
2. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
1. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
2. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Sales Presentations:
1. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
2. Address customer needs and objections to close sales.
Order Processing:
1. Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
2. Collaborate with logistics and customer support teams to fulfill orders.
Sales Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
2. Provide regular sales updates to the Sales Manager.
Market Research:
1. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
2. Share insights and feedback with the sales team and management.
Customer Support:
1. Provide post-sales support, including resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with the customer support team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ( Masters' degree preferred).
2. Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
7. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Self-motivated and results-driven.
