Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement, contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with service providers (e.g., hotels, resorts, ambulance services, and event planners) to onboard them onto BHARATPROS.
2. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media and other channels.
3. Engage with potential customers and professionals to promote the platform's benefits.
4. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies.
5. Support the customer support team by managing leads generated through various campaigns, such as Facebook ads.
6. Help create content for social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
7. Brainstorm and implement ideas to drive user engagement and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
4. Ability to work independently and proactively.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management tools.
6. Interest in the service and marketplace industry is a plus.
