Bharatpe - Lead - Consumer Marketing (3-5 yrs)

The Consumer marketing lead is the custodian of all our consumer facing brands. They are a force of nature obsessed with delivering fantastic CX. They are equally comfortable in designing long term strategy as they are in rolling their sleeves and getting into the thick of execution
Job Requirements:
Qualifications - Graduate/ Post graduate degree from tier 1 school
Experience - 3-5 years of professional experience in CPG, consumer facing tech or consulting firms. If you have started your business a go and failed- we will be very impressed with that.
Competencies :
- Communication and content development expertise in both digital as well as offline
- High degree of proficiency in offline media planning, content development and performance marketing.
- Adept at data analysis and project management. Ability to mentor and coach other team members.
- Self starter with the ability to lead x-functional teams and agency partners
- Ability to operate in a fast paced ambiguous environment.
