BharatAgri - Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Note- This is a work from office role.
Job Description:
- Responsible for generating revenue, tracking, and achieving team sales/revenue targets.
- Lead, manage and motivate the team of 100+ outbound sales agents
- Participate in the hiring, performance management, developing, mentoring, coaching and motivating the team.
- Provide the team with a vision and objectives.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work with the team as well as independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Identifying the areas of improvements
Requirements:
- Experience- 3 to 4 years of managing a team of 100+ agents
- Language- English, Hindi, Marathi
- Education- Agri background, preferred
- Startup Experience- preferred
- Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, analyzing data, and expert in preparing reports.
- Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach.
- Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring and influence the team and ability to build a strong team
