Bharat Oil & Waste Management - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
(i) Sales of products and services of the Company in assigned territory;
(ii) Signing annual/multiyear contracts to lift Hazardous Waste for incineration from industries at highest prices payable to BOWML/BOC by Generators of such H.W.;
(iii) Signing annual contracts to procure used/waste oil and other re-cyclable Hazardous Waste from the industry at lowest prices or for free cost;
(iv) Understand competitive threats, intensity, model, pricing etc.
(v) Constant Prospecting via email/telephone/fax/mailing/physical meetings. Going to the markets regulary/weekly to prospects/clients;
(vi) Building lasting relationships with clients;
(vii) Give presentation of BOWML/BOC to clients;
(viii) Prepare proposal and submit for Tender;
(ix) Understand requirements, budget, decision making, process to award contracts and then close business;
(x) Maintain excellent rapport with Pollution Control Board (Regional Office) (Member Secretary and Chairman) and also with MoEF/CPCB;
(xi) Understand the laws of the Environment Protection and be in a position to convince any scientist about BOWML/BOC capability and infrastructure to protect the environment;
(xii) Coordination of Fulfillment of customer contracts ensuring great customer experience post-sales. Communicating logistics to BOWML logistics and customer team ensuring trucks are not held up at customer gates.
(xiii) Involve in billing, reviewing Form - 13 and submitting to customer and Billing.
(xiv) Collecting payments
(xv) Any other duty which may be assigned by the management.
