Role Overview :

The Telesales Associate of Matrimony sells paid memberships over phone to clients who are looking for matrimony alliances. The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product & features and deliver value to the customer. The role also includes achieving targets for up gradation by ensuring regular service follow ups

Key Responsibilities :

- Contact existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scripts

- Build rapport / trust with customers and suggest the right service based on the Customer need

- Go the extra mile to meet the daily target and facilitate sale, revenue growth

- Maintain basic workplace discipline, hygiene and strictly adhere to operational requirement at all times

- Ask appropriate questions to understand customer requirements to close sales

- Explain the service features and provide accurate information

- Achieve the set quality parameters

- Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience
