Relationship Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop excellent working relationships and communicate courteously with the clients and encourage new business with existing clients.
- Answering and dealing with general telephone and e-mail requests from clients
- Manage special requests from the customer for increased and enhanced levels of service
- Manage and resolve any client reported complaints, in an efficient and time critical manner.
- Conduct quality assurance assessments to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years experience in premium customer support relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in retention, renewals would be a plus
- Significant experience working in the e-commerce, Ed-tech, hospitality and technology sector
