Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on managing customer onboarding, addressing client escalations, gathering feedback, and supporting customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, a technical background, and the flexibility to travel when required.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

- Handle customer escalations via calls, emails, or in-person meetings, ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction.

- Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and drive customer success.

- Build strong relationships with clients by providing proactive support and addressing their needs efficiently.

- Travel to client sites when necessary to provide on-ground support and strengthen customer relationships.

- Utilize customer support tools to manage escalations, track queries, and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Generate reports and insights from customer data to assist in decision-making and service enhancement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and escalate complex issues when required.

- Stay updated on industry trends, networking technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.

Qualifications:


- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- A background in technology, networking, or cybersecurity is essential.

- Proficiency in using customer support or CRM tools for managing client relationships.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create reports based on customer and operational data.

- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Experience:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or technical support roles preferred.

- Freshers with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

- Ability to manage customer onboarding and escalations independently.

- Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
