About the Company :
BFore.in is a shopping assistant that helps discover best prices from stores near you. We are set to launch in the first quarter of 2019. BFore.in targets Indian internet users who shop for high-value products (such as TV, Camera, Refrigerators) in offline stores. We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from reputed institutes such BITS and ISB. The team brings along years of experience working for companies such as Amazon, Google, Oyo, Directi, Accenture, and more.

The ideal candidate for this role should :
- Be a people's person. Should have high empathy quotient.
- Be an excellent communicator (verbal & written) in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Knowledge of Telugu & Tamil is bonus.
- (Preferably) Experience in Operations or Customer Success.
- Be willing to work 6 days a week.
- Be technology savvy.
- (Preferably) Have prior experience working with consumer technology business.

Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for :
- Assisting User in their journey using bfore.in
- Being the voice of the customer inside the company
- Generating engagement from users
- Developing the company's understanding of the user
