BeyondSkool - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Initiating phone conversations with teachers who share student referrals to enroll for paid classes
- Conduct orientation with teachers to give them visibility
- Ensure daily followup with teachers to understand challenges
- Engage parent on the platform to ensure they extend and continue with the services
- Achieving the daily targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance
- Keeping track of factors like customer satisfaction etc.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communicator and influencer the customer and ensure satisfaction
- Result driven with experience of extremely target centric job.
- Know importance of building relationship and maintaining them
- Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment.
- Self-learners with high grasping ability so that you can learn about the product within 2 days.
- Has ability and rigor to ensure follow-ups with parents - Flexible with working hours as well.
- Laptop Compulsory.
