Job Description :
- We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and work directly in the Founder's Office, spearheading marketing initiatives for our two flagship products in after-sales and CMMS domains. This position offers an exposure beyond traditional internships with developing strategic decision-making, competitive marketing strategies that amplify client acquisition and market presence. The ideal candidate should exude a passion for networking, building meaningful connections, and proactively broaden our client portfolio.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our flagship products in after-sales and CMMS spheres.
- Identify and research potential clients within target industries.
- Craft and execute proactive client outreach initiatives, including cold calls and targeted meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate demo meetings with prospective clients.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our products.
- Collaborate closely with the visionary founders in crafting and executing strategic lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance metrics.
- Assist in managing the Founder's Office, including organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
- Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Founding team in various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Possess a "can-do" attitude, tackling challenges with extreme vigor and consistently exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for networking and building professional relationships.
- Demonstrates proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques within professional contexts.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating client conversations.
- Exhibits strong collaborative skills and the ability to effectively work within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and software products is desirable but not required.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, sense of humor and adaptability.
- Open to applications from Tier 2 college students.
