About the Role

BeyondScale is a fast-growing startup working on Cloud, AI/ML, and custom software solutions. We're hiring a Business Development Executive who can build and manage a strong sales pipeline. The primary goal of this role is to generate qualified leads, move them through the sales funnel, and convert them into paying customers.

You'll operate in a startup environment: fast-paced, lean, and focused on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.

- Qualify leads and move them through the funnel from discovery to closure.

- Create and follow structured outreach and follow-up processes.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.

- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, stages, and outcomes using a CRM.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper scoping and handoff post-sale.

- Report weekly on pipeline status, deal progress, and forecasted revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in business development or inside sales, ideally in IT services or a startup.

- Proven track record in lead generation and managing sales pipelines.

- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and pipeline reporting.

- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work independently.
