Beyond Evolution Tech Solution - Customer Service & Sales Professional (0-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
1. Train and work on internal CRM system
2. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints via email, phone
3. Collecting enquiries that come via social media channels
4. Helping customer to make informed decision by understanding their buying scenario
5. Helping customer complete the purchase
6. Explain the product use and installation to customers
Profile of candidate - Sales & Marketing
1. Sales/Business Development executive with minimum 3-4 years- experience in selling an electronics or lifestyle product. Experience in launching a product or start-up sales will be preferred
OR
2. Customer service executive with minimum 3-4 years- experience in handling customer queries for a product or high-value service
Educational Qualification
a. Graduate in any field with a 50% or above
b. Knowledge of MS Office
c. Communication- language English. Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Candidate should be able to clearly decipher issues from customer's emails, chats, phone conversations
- Candidate should be able to draft appropriate response
- Candidate should be able to lead, facilitate inter-team communication
If candidate has relevant experience, educational qualifications can be relaxed further
