Based out of Bangalore, we work with some of the latest and the most sophisticated software frameworks to develop our products.
Currently we are looking to add an Inside Sales associate with proven skills in building audiences, engaging leads and customers. One who can generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.
Job Role:
- The function of the Inside Sales representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective clients to ensure that the organization is able to meet its growth targets.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce SaaS products for identifying appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects; soliciting new accounts, preparing quotations, build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct a needs analysis, prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards and identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and required documents are shared.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years strong experience in Inside Sales with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms. Good knowledge of all available resources, tools and techniques for SAAS / B2B sales / marketing and analytics.
- Some enhanced skills like Technical understanding of Products, foresee Prospecting clients, Building Relationships, People Skills, Data analysis, Customer centric, Motivation for Sales, absolute Professionalism.
