- 6+ years of relevant industry experience.

- Knowledge and experience with broadcast, branded and digital content creation,including video, advertising, and social media.

- Should have great command over both English and Hindi.

- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.

- Demonstrated ability to work well with a wide range of creative talent, both internally and externally.

- Ability to facilitate the creative development process, including providing clear direction, and producing work cost effectively and on schedule.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership skills in providing clear creative direction, motivation and inspiration with creative teams.
