We want a highly self-motivated and energetic individual to build a sales team around himself and lead them to achieve aggressive targets.

The candidate must have the following qualities :

1. Self Motivated and committed to achieving targets

2. Proven leadership in past by creating and leading a team successfully

3. Aptitude to quickly grasp new knowledge and ability to explain the same to team and clients

4. Exposure to financial services and a good understanding of products like Mutual Funds, financial planning, Loans etc. Prior experience preferred

5. Salesmanship to create sales pipeline, aggressively follow and close sales effectively in time bound manner and replicate the same in team

6. Fluent in reading and writing in Hindi and English

7. Pleasant personality and friendly behaviour and can create a general likeness among the people around

8. Customer Service. The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

9. Communication Skills. You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.

10. Flexibility. You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.

11. Persistence. Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.

The candidate if selected will be given a week training for onboarding to understand the product well. He will be required to take up the sales department and build a team which can deliver on targets. He will approach existing and new clients and explain the various features of our wide basket of products broadly consisting of Mutual Fund, Loans, Financial Planning. He will be responsible to create and lead the team for successfully taking the Better wealth platform to the masses and HNI clients both.
