Betterplace Safety Solutions - Manager - Customer Success (4-11 yrs)
You will ensure the customers of BetterPlace achieve their desired outcome while using the platform. The role requires the individual to develop a thorough understanding of their customer base and focus on solving the long-term needs of customers. The role also requires the individual to aim to expand our customer's adoption, retention and ultimately, success.

what you'll do :
- Professionally manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Develop a thorough understanding of assigned customer's needs, objectives and processes to ensure that they successfully adopt and deploy BetterPlace's suite of products & services
- Be a voice for accounts internally and help senior leadership understand product concerns, shortcomings and missing features that could pose Client Retention Risks
- Manage Contract related inquiries, questions and issues from clients and other departments
- Drive detailed client discussions on Product capabilities/ Demos
- Collaborate with Delivery/Tech/Sales team towards solving client specific requirements and drive towards deal closure
what we- re looking for :
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in Customer Success/Account Management/Consulting Role for SAAS product / B2B Sales
- Proven experience in handling customers across India
- Experience with Account Portfolio Planning, Management and Prioritization
- Experience driving client adoption of technology / software product
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in building ready-to-use Consultative Sales Presentations, POVs, Marketing Collaterals to enable Value-based selling
