BetterInvest - Executive - Business Development (4-7 yrs)
We're looking for someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities. You will help our efforts to generate revenue with new clients by executing disciplined new business development processes. You will be energetic and focused, have strong communication skills, and have the ability to think strategically and execute successfully. A background in sales of investment products is strongly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales and successfully create a business from new and existing customer
- Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Understand the concepts pertaining to alternative investment space
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
- Discover and onboard potential channel partners
- Take complete ownership of the customer relationship
- Manage leads in CRM software [Freshworks]
Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2C sales (about 2 years)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with clients and peers
- Hands-on experience with CRM software - Freshworks CRM
- Attention to detail, time management, team player and multitasking
- Possess financial acumen - a strong grasp of basic financial principles and concepts
