Who are we looking for?

Looking for someone with 3-5 years experience, cultivates and manages relationships with media, influencers and corporates. Takes ownership of the entire process of strategic business partnerships from research to closure. Is responsible for overseeing communications to the media, social media influencers and corporates.

Responsibilities:

- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits

- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest

- Negotiate and finalize collaborative deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies

- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners- liaison internally

- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership

- Reaching out to several social media influencers for partnerships and developing new opportunities

- Helping to shape the overall business strategy and entering into strategic alliances with potential corporate partners

- Working closely with the content and designing team to prepare articles and press releases for the media.

Core Skills:

- Confident with excellent strategic research, pitch and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of corporates and influencers

- Must be target driven with a passion for achieving growth targets

- Exceptional time management skill

- Highly professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for the organisation

- Energetic, outcome focussed and resilient with excellent team management skills

- Preferred experience: 3-5 years
