BeSingular Academy - Head - B2C Sales (14-20 yrs)
We are looking for a young, creative, out of the box thinker and a natural leader to head our B2C sales team.
Someone with an experience to work in a start up environment and who has helped to devise strategies around B2C sales, customer acquisition, managed digital strategy and helped scaled the venture is what we are looking at an an essential requirement for this position apart below:
- Candidate must be from Education sales
- Good to have experience in K12 segment
- Should have experience of working on Lead Generation, Online Marketing and driving team for conversions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the BeSingular tribe.
- Create high engagement and establish connect and with the customers
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
- Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member
- Owning, hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
Skills :
- Proven working experience with a consumer facing product domain including strategising, monitoring and deploying digital marketing techniques.
- Extensive Sales Leadership Experience leading B2C Sales efforts, ability to focus on input (deep analytics to forecast leads, calls, follow-ups, training) as well as output metrics (conversions).
- Aggressive growth approach to scale the venture.
- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work.
Other Skills :
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Creating and maintaining client relationships in B2B2C space
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
