Telesales and Marketing Executive
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2 years- experience tele sales & marketing
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Self-motivated and driven
- Knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint
- Completion of a sales related training program is preferred
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences
- Superb interpersonal, negotiation, research and record-keeping skills
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To study and be thorough with product features and target audience and remain updated of the same by collaborating and communicating with management from time to time
- To connect with the prospects / clients via online leads and convert the same to customer
- Noting important details of each conversation
- Attending team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
- Addressing client's uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
- Advise prospective and converted customers by answering incoming calls, video conferencing and in-person meetings
- Resolving queries raised by potential clients/ customers
- Influence customers to buy or retain product by following a standard script to give product reference information
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Generate leads via tele-marketing/tele-calling in both B2B and B2C market
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Report and provide feedback to management
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
