The key responsibilities will be:
1. Strategize and implement the MBA student recruitment plan for the University
2. Be the primary relationship manager with coaching centers, colleges, education event companies and other engagement partners to reach out to prospective students. Must have a deep network with all these entities.
3. Conduct Counseling sessions for MBA candidates - make presentations, take questions, be their primary contact to address their queries around the program and the University.
4. Maintain MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with the leadership.
5. Coordinate the recruitment process end-to-end: from generating enquiries, to applications, to selection process involving faculty members, administrators and other people who need to be a part of the engagement.
6. Manage various databases relevant to Marketing and Outreach.
7. Support team in other initiatives and activities from time to time as required.
