Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales plane & implementation (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually).
- Target based achievement.
- Target distribution to team & parties.
- Channel development (including dealer and distributor).
- Institutional sales.
- Cross border (Business Development).
- Market & Branding and planning & strategy budget.
- Team requirement & training.
- Customer acquitting.
- After sales and service follow up & customer satisfaction.
- Activity planning & implementation.
- Dealer Management.
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to HOD Sales.
- Geo-Division as per the market requirement.
- Network building & PR.
- Lead Generation & closure.
Experience : 5+ Year with Automobile Industry.
Note : Candidate with having experience of 2-wheeler or IEC 2-Wheeler with leading brand would be given Preference
Qualification : MBA from TOP plus management school.
Note : Candidate with B.Tech is acceptable in case of having such related experience.
- Automobiles Engineering can be an additional advantage to the profile.
Skills Required :
- Can work on high pressure & on target basis.
- Team Leading/Leader.
- Business Planning.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer & software, Ms-Office, Presentation, etc.
- Must have extra ordinary skills of convincing clients & customer.
- Travelling would be a part of role.
- Well Knowledge of the given territory & domain.
- Strong knowledge of Domestic 2- wheeler market.
Any specializations (if required): MBA (Sales & Marketing)
- Specialized in Automobile Industry.
