Job Details :

- Position Sales Manager - Waterproofing Division

- Location/Area: Kolkata, Medinipur, North and South 24 Pargans, Nadia,Bardwan

No. of openings : 10

Minimum Qualification : Graduate

Minimum Experience : Minimum 2 years in project/institutional sales from any building materials products manufacturing company ( Preferably in waterproofing division/construction chemical division )

- Mandatory Skills Two Wheelers with valid license, Applied person should have a domicile/resident of the particular district, Self-motivated, High energy levels, Hard -working, Sincere

Duty Timing : Monday-Saturday (10am-6:30pm)

Salary : 18k-25k + TA + DA+ Incentive (Also open for right candidates)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and Potential new market.

2. Managing real estate developers, architects, contractors for enlistment of products and to achieve sales target.

3.Contacting potential clients or decision maker of the organization via email or making cold calls and set up meetings.

4. Build Sales roadmap and managing the sales cycle from inception to execution and payment collection.

5. Making presentation about organization profile, setup and services for generating new leads.

7. Respond to complaints from clients and give after sales support when requested.

8. Build long term relationships with new clients and maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients through Client visit, Interaction and Management.
