BenefitHub - Specialist - Email Marketing (3-7 yrs)
Key Accountabilities :
- Assist in design, production, and execution of B2C, B2B2C, and B2B email marketing campaigns through multiple email deployment platforms, currently Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.
- Conduct analysis and report on the success of the email marketing program, ensuring that BenefitHub remains CAN-SPAM compliant and follows the best industry practices.
- Leverage email marketing and analytic tools to develop promotional and informative content strategies to grow the BenefitHub user, client and merchant base.
- Optimize site traffic and revenue by A/B testing content, calls-to-action, offerings, and more.
- Work with global Marketing leadership, Sales and Client Services to manage and implement multi-vehicle promotional programs, including client-specific activities.
- The initial focus will be the India market, with additional geographies added soon after onboarding.
Basic Qualifications :
- Must have strong skill with HTML and CSS for responsive email design.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Experience with high-level email deployment platforms (such as, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
- BA /BS degree.
- 3 - 7 years of online marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in email program execution.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially coding preferred.
- Knowledge of results-driven email metrics, specifically A/B testing and KPI tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple email campaigns with up to 100 different segmented messages sent weekly to a large user base.
- A self-starter with good time management skills and the ability to complete projects on deadline.
- A detail-oriented team player with exceptional grammar, written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Good understanding of database concepts, especially list segmentation, suppression lists, etc.
