Bench Sales Role - IT Staffing & Consulting (4-8 yrs)
US IT Bench sales Recruiters (Experienced)
- Have 4-5 Years of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting Industry. Well versed with marketing bench consultants.
- Must have experience in managing a team of 15.
- Should have excellent knowledge understanding on the complete life cycle of the Bench Sales / Bench Marketing.
- Must be able to Train the team/resources to effectively market the Bench Consultants get the placements in shortest time possible
- Should be able to handle a team Must be very good at marketing the bench resources ensuring minimum or no candidate remains on the bench, engaging the Bench resource to ensure proper positioning for upcoming requirements, and ensure better selection rate.
- Hands on experience in end to end Bench Sales process across various IT Technologies such as technologies like Project Manager, QA, Java, Devops, Dot Net SharePoint, PHP, Business Analyst, B.I., Micro Strategy, C/C++, Informatica, Mainframes, AS/400, FileNet, Salesforce.com, Pega, Network/ Windows Admin, Oracle Apps / DBA, MS SQL Developer / DBA, PeopleSoft, SAP so on
- Able to reach the given Targets.
- Well experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Recruitment. i.e. From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
- Vendor Relationship: Should be able to maintain a relationship with Prime vendor and Implementation partners for placing consultants and build future prospects. Having a good Database & Rapport with Tire1 Vendors & clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Must have excellent Negotiation skills to negotiate the rate, contract terms with vendors, and Salary and benefit negotiation with employees.
- Customer relationship skills: Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with employees for the long-term association and keep Regular interaction and Follow-up with employees and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
- Reporting Skill : Provide report to management on weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis.
- Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
- Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
