Bench Sales Executive - Executive Search Firm (0-1 yrs)
Job Description :
- As a bench sales executive, you should be involved in every step of selling the bench consultants, including finding, qualifying, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and closing. Contracts should be finalized as a result in the end.
- A Bench Sales Executive's duties including posting positions for sales roles, making screening calls, and setting up applicant interviews with companies.
- Involved in sales, i.e., serving as a bench consultant to vendors and clients for their requirements.
- Searching for requirements for the assigned bench through portals, groups and contacts.
Providing the consultants with the requirements according to their comfort level while submitting their resumes to the recruiter.
- Discussing the pricing and getting the best rate as recommended by management with the recruiters.
- Engaging with Tier 1 vendors and bringing in new suppliers for the business.
- Participating in the marketing of bench consultants to the selected vendors.
- Obtaining bench consultant requirements from variety of sources, including prime vendors, job portals, and other networking sites.
- Recording the beginning and ending dates of the bench consultants.
- Maintaining weekly and daily activity status list using Microsoft Excel.
- Setting up interviews and choosing candidates for various positions.
Skills :
- Candidates with 0 -2 year of relevant experience in Bench Sales Executive.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Zeal to Learn new things.
- Expected to have Good understanding on IT business acumen.
- Should have knowledge on US Time zones.
- Good understanding on Technologies like Java/J2EE, Hadoop, .net, Android, Salesforce, Angular JS and SAP etc.
