Our founding team includes - Mahesh Sharma: An IIT Bombay Alumni with 16+ years of experience in building scalable products for CARS24, Hotstar, and Flipkart, and Sajid Khan: Ex - COO and Founding Member of Store My Goods, who also appeared on Shark Tank India, Season 1 with 7.5+ of experience in business operations with CARS24, OYO, and Zostel.
Key responsibilities :
1. Identify new lead prospects and manage an existing sales pipeline
2. Generate business through outbound efforts and build your own pipeline
3. Prepare business proposals, and presentations - create and nurture opportunities
4. Identify target market, and customer needs and build a sales pipeline to deliver targets
5. Ability to work in a start-up environment and deliver the required output
6. Prepare reports, proposals, and data metrics for the core team
Other responsibilities :
1. Manage proposal responses, content creation, and inputs from various sources
2. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities and select deals in line with strategies
3. Develop and implement outbound sales, business development, and sales processes
4. Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience from Tier 1 colleges would be preferred
2. Preferred courses: BMS, BBS, B.com, BBA etc.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Quick learner and hard negotiations skills
5. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
6. Experience in using/courses completed on LinkedIn sales navigator
7. Ability to deliver presentations effectively
