Benaka Healthcare - Sales Coordinator (0-6 yrs)

The Sales Coordinator Manages sales inquiries related to lead generation, lead management and lead qualification and assists Head of Sales to drive sales in his region. He will be coordinating sales and operational activities of medical equipment in conjunction with operations personnel and interfaces with sales and customers.

Pre Sales Process : 

- Lead Generation, management, prospecting, product presentation, proposal submission

- Representing Benaka Healthcare to pitch for products and services in the above areas

- Understanding the nature of the clients' business, industry and outlook

- Focusing on Sales Activity towards achievement of agreed Business targets

- Familiarity with CRM reporting, ability to report on sales performance and forecasting

- Organized and effective communicator willing to focus on business strategy and goals

- Proficient ability to organize and support internal team meetings, as assigned; including meeting minutes, action trackers, and Skype sessions/calendar invites, etc.

- Assisting in cleaning and keeping data in CRM software clean, accurate and up to date

- Having proven record of success in workflow and metrics with assisting sales with account, contacts, leads and opportunity management using CRM Software

Post-Sales Process :

- Follow-up on requests to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments

- Monitoring end of week, end of month bookings and end of quarter bookings

- Monitoring and documenting sales forecast and focusing on sales pipelines

- Implementing Go-to-market strategy, marketing literature / presentation materials,

- Provides competitive intelligence, newsletters, SharePoint, Accounting software

- Providing back-up support to prioritize, & effectively manage work vacation periods

- Professional ability to Initiate requests, set expectations, and liaise with (Service, Marketing, Logistics, Operations etc.) and timely follow-up on all tasks as required

- Coordinating with sales team to provide order lead-times and delivery dates

- Limited travel based on availability may be required to attend regional and extended tea meetings, along with sales training, external Trade Shows, and Customer meetings

Skill Sets

- Strong learning agility and problem solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and commercial acumen

- Strong commercial intuition; including chasing and leading business

- Able to act independently and consistently deliver assigned activities and reports

- Demonstrates integrity and recognized as a role model by their peers and manager

- Excellent communicator with a good command of written and spoken English.

- Well versed with MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook/ E-mail/ Internet/ Whatsapp

- Willingness to travel and willingness to relocate

- Highly optimistic and indomitable spirit

Qualification:

Engineer and or MBA in Marketing (or equivalent) from a reputed institution are preferred. Graduates with relevant work experience with good market understanding could also be considered. Spoken knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages would be appreciated.

Experience :

0-6 years of experience in business development / client servicing / inside sales in healthcare, pharma, radiology, cardiology, respironics, orthopedic, furniture, lab diagnostics company. Candidates should have a passion to promote healthcare products and devices with an ability to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions. Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage. Please apply
