Ben Line Agencies - Manager - Sales & Marketing (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to drive performance and exceed targets.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
