Fabrication Bazar is a fast growing technology based manufacturing start-up looking to fill a Business Development Manager vacancy. The ideal candidate should manage domestic & global business prospects efficiently.

Typical job duties and responsibilities:

- To identify new business opportunities - including new markets, verticals, growth areas (domestic & global).

- To identify prospective customers / lead generation though market search / using company's own database.

- To understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

- To meet with customers/clients for techno-commercial presentation / negotiation / order closing.

- To create a sales pipeline, increase sales and to carry out sales forecasts and analysis.

- To work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.

- To have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services.

- To discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.

- To attend exhibitions, seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.

- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Skills and attributes:

- Previous B2B / industrial products business development experience.

- MBA Marketing preferred.

- Ability to effectively communicate with staff.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated and forward-thinking.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

-Willing to travel & valid passport mandatory, previous export experience will be an added advantage.

Salary guide:

Fixed + incentive, Negotiable
