Job Description:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, including software development, website development, eCommerce development, and web application.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Generate leads through networking, social media platforms, and digital marketing.

- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and IT managers.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT Software services industry.

- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, website - development, eCommerce development, web application.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
