- Achieve set targets
- Carry out the target plan instructed by the manager to achieve set targets.
- Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets as set by management.
- Fixing appointment with interested customer with business development head for further process.
- Develop new business relationships.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is kept current at all times
- Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events.
- Develop, maintain and apply a high level knowledge of MIPL's portfolio of products and services
- Undertake Area wise survey on upcoming buildings in the particular locality and meet the owners / vendors - interior decors / site in-charge to know the interest of the potential clients
