Being Addictive - Analyst - Search Engine Optimization (0-3 yrs)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Will be responsible for business development, client meeting and handling under digital marketing.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Design, build and maintain our customer's social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Technical Skills :
- Must have a strong hold on social media, SEO/ SEM and other digital channels. A good understanding of B2B online marketing channels and website optimization techniques.
- Must be well versed in CRM, analytics and scheduling tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- An MBA marketing graduate with a good command over the English language.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in similar field. Expert in writing creative briefs, conceptualization, visualization and pitch presentations. A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the Internet. An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
