Telecalling Manager(Telugu) - Lead Qualification Team


Location : Hyderabad

Job Overview :

- We seek an experienced and dynamic Telecalling Manager(Telugu) to lead our Lead Qualification Team. As a Telecalling Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of telecallers, driving lead-qualification efforts, and ensuring the successful qualification of leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven Tele-calling management, lead qualification, and team leadership track record.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve and exceed lead qualification targets.

- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team skills and productivity.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Lead Qualification :

- Develop and implement effective lead qualification strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality leads to the sales team.

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead qualification efforts with overall business goals.

Process Optimization :

- Continuously evaluate and improve lead qualification processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement best practices and industry standards to streamline operations and achieve optimal results.

- Identify and address bottlenecks in the lead qualification pipeline.

Quality Assurance :

- Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure accurate lead qualification and data integrity.

- Conduct regular audits of telecalling activities to maintain high standards of performance.

- Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance the overall quality of lead qualification efforts.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Generate regular reports on team performance, lead qualification/conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in telecalling management and lead qualification.

- Proven track record of handling 4-5 team of telecallers directly reporting to you.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling tools.
