Role - Store Manager
Job Overview :
Role involves end to end responsibility of the store and its P&L. Drive high customer engagement, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure your stores are meeting the weekly & monthly targets, ensuring catchment development and store marketing is driven at high standards.
What we are looking for?
- 6 + Years of experience in any Consumer retail or Brand Sales .
- Handled one store independently with complete ownership.
- Prior experience of hiring & training a high-performance driven team.
- Understands customers and can train his/her team to be customer obsessive.
- Understands market trends & retail planogram
What would be expected out of you?
- Making sure your store employees are very well trained & follow the operational standards & grooming standards as per company's code of conduct.
- Maintaining the store hygiene standards and planogram up to company's operational guidelines.
- Ensuring promotion communication and price labels all across the store as well astrain your staff for verbal communication to explain the discounts & offers directly to the customers.
- Constant check on store inventory - managing damages, expiry and shrink on a daily basis.
- Recruiting, training, supervising and cultivating employees in your store.
