Behtar - Senior Store Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Designation : Senior Store Manager (SSM)
Location: Bangalore
- Behtar is a dense network of deep discounted stores having physical presence in Bangalore . We have huge expansion plans in the near future and offer an excellent career progression.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing the inventory in the store, demand forecasting, maintaining aesthetics and hygiene of racks
- Train the cashier and helpers in the store
- Liasoning with marketing agencies and looking after pamphleting and activation
- Customer management including personalisation of offers, managing complaints, feedbacks and create wholesome experience
- Demonstrate experience and results in sales performance, visual merchandising and leadership
- Creating a positive and engaging working environment and ensuring excellent service and operational standards across all stores
Remuneration : Fixed: 3-4.2 lakhs per annum ( based on experience ) + Incentives ( Based on the number of blue collar employees referred and store sales)
Desired Skills : Strong relationship building, leadership skills and a hunger to succeed
Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience : Graduate having 2-5 years of similar experience in retail
