Responsibilities & Qualifications :

- Immensely interested in how humans interact with technology and love combining your curiosity about human behavior with your ability to make things beautiful, engaging and fun.

- Meticulous attention to detail in creating pixel-perfect creatives and delightful interactions.

- An excellent eye for aesthetic design and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and current market trends.

- An intermediate to expert skill level in the Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator & Photoshop.

- Have the technical fluency to understand limitations and communicate design ideas and intentions during development.

- Experience in designing In store branding material

- Point of Sale Material (POSM), Any event related setups (Standees, Kiosk, etc)

- Have 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic designing in a B2C Company.

- Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written and also have the ability to clearly explain design decisions.

- Have experience in social media creatives and offline creatives( auto branding, bus branding, etc)

- Bachelors/Masters in Design from institutions like NID, NIFT, IIT.
