BeeperMD - Customer Service Role (2-10 yrs)
BeeperMD looking for passionate Spanish and English speaking customer representatives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US customers.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
2. Excellent verbal Skills in Spanish and English Languages.
3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
5. Support customers across telecommunications.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Spanish Fluency level: B2.
2. Immediate joiners will be given first preference
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish and English.
4. Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.
5. Must have worked with International BPO in voice process.
Shift: Rotational Shift(24- 7) and 5 Days working.
Job Location: Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh. we don't provide work from home opportunity
