Becha Kya - Executive - Digital Marketing (0-2 yrs)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SMO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
- Taking care of advertisement, digital advertisement and all the available opportunities
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, campaigns, and adverts
- Writing press releases, articles etc and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Executing email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and maintain social media channels
- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, roadshows, and exhibitions
- Arrange the effective maintenance and distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
