Beauty Essentials - Business Head - Sales (10-25 yrs)
Position : Business Head (Sales)
Role :
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Managing the existing Distributors and Salons through meeting.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
- Secure Sales - This includes securing both individual sales and contracts, depending on the company and product, and deals can be made over the phone, through email or in person through sales visits.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to HO.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
