Beauty Advisor - Customer Service - Cosmetics - eRetail Platform (2-8 yrs)
We are looking Professionals for the Role of Beauty Advisor to efficiently advise customers on beauty related queries with an aim to create a positive customer experience.
Brief:
Gender - Female
Experience - 1-2 yrs of experience in a similar role
Qualification - 10+2 and certification/courses is beauty, make-up and hair/skin care.
Salary - upto 5 LPA ( Including PF + Medicals & other benefits)
Location - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- To advise customers on Chats/Video Calls with regard to the product ranges; best skincare products for their skin type, skincare regime, cosmetics to suit their skin tone, make-up tips etc.
- To proactively stay updated on new or existing products and build strong knowledge base on the details such as ingredients, benefits so as to customize the advice and better serve the customers.
- To recommend beauty products to customers as per the suitability
Competencies:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Ability to work in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail
- Passion for beauty
Technical Skills:
- Good computer and typing skills
- Strong knowledge on beauty (make-up, skin care, hair care etc.)
- Knowledge on various brands of beauty products and their use
Other details:
- 6 days working
- This role requires flexibility and availability to work in any 9 hours shift between 8 am to 10 pm
- Rotational Week Offs
