- Past experience in channel sales in a must
- Track sales goals and communicate with the management regularly
- Ensure achievement of budget & New product launches
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Meeting planned sales goals, setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- The ongoing training of your salespeople
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Develop a healthy sales funnel that is reflective of market potential and meeting of monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
- Nurture relationships with existing accounts (CRM) to enhance sale opportunities
- Healthcare services' reach and user engagement (i.e., third-party distribution channels, co-marketing agreements and strategic partnerships)
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to products
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies in a high-growth startup
- Ability to lead, manage and direct a sales team of 30+
